Refund Policy

1. General Overview
At SMMUAE, we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital services. By placing an order on our platform, you automatically agree to our terms of service and this refund policy. We urge all customers to read the service descriptions carefully before placing any orders.
2. Completed Orders (No Refunds)
Because our services are digital and delivered directly to the provided social media URLs, we do not issue refunds once an order is marked as "Completed". Once the likes, followers, views, or other digital metrics have been delivered, the process cannot be reversed. As a buyer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
3. Exceptions & Account Balance Refunds
While completed orders are strictly non-refundable, we do protect our buyers in the event of technical failures. We will issue a refund to your SMMUAE Account Balance (not back to your original payment method) under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery: If an order is not started within the estimated timeframe listed in the service description and cannot be forced through our system, it will be canceled and refunded to your panel balance.
- Partial Delivery: If an order cannot be fully completed (e.g., you ordered 1,000 followers but the system could only deliver 600), the system will automatically refund the remaining undelivered amount to your panel balance.
4. Drop Policies & Refills
A drop in social media metrics can occasionally happen due to platform algorithm updates (e.g., Facebook or Instagram removing inactive accounts). Drops do not qualify for a monetary refund. Instead, if you purchased a service labeled with a "Refill Guarantee," we will refill the dropped amount free of charge according to the timeframe specified on that specific service. Services bought without a refill guarantee are bought at your own risk.
5. Misplaced or Incorrect Orders
We cannot refund or reverse orders placed with incorrect links (e.g., submitting a YouTube link for an Instagram service, or submitting a private profile link). Please ensure your social media accounts are set to Public and you have pasted the correct URL before submitting your order.
6. Payment Gateway Disputes & Chargebacks
Any fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or your credit card company after receiving your digital services will result in immediate termination of your SMMUAE account. Furthermore, we reserve the right to reverse all delivered services (followers, likes, etc.) across all of your previous orders.
